I just picked up a Forte5 GT Limited four weeks ago and it was been great! I downsized from an SUV and I still have lots of room for my 3 dogs in the back (with the rear seats folded down of course). It really is a hidden gem and it's a shame that hatchbacks are slowly disappearing from manufacturers line-ups. Gabi and Peter really helped make my decision when I was researching vehicles. There weren't a lot of videos out for the Forte5 after it was dropped from Kia's U.S. line-up. Thanks for all the great work on this channel!
A really great car from favorite brand Kia and it becomes even better by a really awesome presentation with a smile even in the unforeseen initial audio problem. 100 times Bravo : )
I could never understand the "53L" fuel capacity. I go to fill up when my needle is on E and the car says estimated 15km left but that is somehow only a 40L fill.
I did a test on mine, after it said 0 km left on a road trip, I kept going and it gave me an extra 110km until it wouldn't go anymore. I had a gas jerry can in the rear trunk so I put it in, it started right away and then i went to the nearest gas station.
I have a 2024 Forte GT here in the US...love the car overall but I sure am disappointed that the US version of Forte GT doesn't have the heated steering wheel...what does Kia think, that it doesn't get cold in the US...its got the heated seats but why not the heated steering wheel?...also Im not a fan of the black mirrors and wish they were color matched to the body color.
Got my car last year in Australia under a different name called the Kia Cerato GT model. The name changes in different regions are so confusing. Name aside, it's a great car.
I had a 2015 Forte 5 which I think was better looking than this. the new one I dont like the nose of the car and the wheels I'm kinda undecided on. I had the bug deflector on the nose of my car but it looks like thats not an option anymore. not a fan of that digital screen that sticks up from the dash. Ilike the older style one that was more integrated with the dash. good to see they brought the 1.6L turbo engine back though!
Something is very wrong. I just bought a Forte in the States, and I did NOT have the option of a a Forte Cinco. Also, my salesman was not a beautiful, classy, über-poised knockout who is a walking Wikipedia page on all things Kia, he was more of a dishevled but earnest community college dropout who looked like he would have been more at home changing oil and rotating tires out back in the service department. I ask God this all the time, but why couldn't I have been born in Canada? Besides having to constantly avoid encounters with moose and polar bears, Canada seems to be better in every way.
It's OK, you're both hot redheads, mess up as much as you want. I have the 2024 Forte5 GT, it's an awesome car. I love that even with a turbo I only have to fill up twice a month. This car is awesome.
Hasn’t Kia or Hyundai have problems with their engines?, also heard there have been many recalls for Kia’s and another thing I heard too was people were told to park their cars outside. With things like that, makes me want to stay away from Kia and Hyundai, although they are nice looking vehicles.
The videos are fun to watch, really enjoy the raw format also quality work. Keep up the awesome work!
Thank you! Glad you like them!

Im so happy we were able to help! Thank you for your continued support! Enjoy that sweet new ride!
@@BrantfordKia I actually called 2-3 months ago to see if your dealership could get one. It's too bad it's a hard model to get.
Hey Gabbi. Any word on when you guys will start getting the 2024 Elantra N? :)

What is the length from the hatch to the back of the front seats? I can’t find this measurement anywhere.
Why did it miss buttons for the seat adjuster? My 2023 had it. Sad for this change but happy for manual parking break!.
brake.
Are there any updates to whether or not if the Kia K3 and the EV5 is coming to Canada?
Also. Ease let me know if the Kia Forte 5 GT and GT Limited both have driver and passenger seat height adjustment.

I wouldnt complain about that - its good for safety so you wont run out of gas.
Please do a detailed review on the Kia Forte 5 GT Limited
I have been looking at this as an upgrade to my Elantra GT base. But hard to find in dealerships. The big question is can it tow a small trailer?
hell no you cant tow anything with this!
I wish this was sold in the US. I'd definitely buy one!

Which Kia Forte model doesn’t have a turbocharger, and I’m assuming it’s the model before the Gt or the Gt line.

Here in Canada the entry LX trim all the way up to the GT-line has the naturally aspirated 2.0L. Only the GT-limited features the 1.6L-Turbo!

Why is the price never mentioned in these videos?? Just curious!!
Hi Paul we did mention the price in this video ($29,095)
kia dealers' markup is incredible😂
I got used 2022 gt limited 30k km 31000k after taxes 35000😂😂
@@dtango8345 did u get that in 2024? I'd feel so played. For $35k way better cars out there. Wouldn't spend more than $27k on this
@@asmlssamyhynx thats cheap. I bought this same car in 2015 for $26k.
Oh no! I missed one of my favorite vehicles in the Kia Canada lineup!
Why is it such a big deal if you miss the live when you can obviously watch it later on? I just never understood that.
Awesome
Dam I want that car
Damn i want that girl

Haha this comment made me chuckle

I have to fillup every two days. I do Ottawa to Kingston to ottawa everyday
I had an earlier version of the car and for a small 4 cyl engine it used a lot of gas / low mileage.
That's better

These come with the newer "smartstream" engines which came out since 2020 and have been pretty reliable. The theta 2 engines are the problems
I had the 2105 with the 1.6L turbo engine and never had any problem with it. owned the car for 6.5 years and 120000 km.
No sound
only for the first few seconds.
Just need to get AWD on the ForteGT or ElantraN
More power too at least 300hp
Beautiful girls ☺️
Again those cheap front grilles... I will finally NOT buy a car this year!
