J'ai changé les piles avec des Samsung INR 18650-25R 3.6V 2500mAh. Il faut déssouder les anciennes et ressouder les neuves. Cela fonctionne parfaitement , mon Dibea D18 est tout neuf!
It seems the battery pack is very difficult to source and has a small circuit board attached to 6 x 3.7 Li ION cells. Its goona require quite advanced soldering skiils.

Where to buy the battery
There is no way to find battery in US/EU. Only chance is on Asia market but fee of transport + price = too expansif. Too bad..
