Thank you for asking... If you want to start any of pharmaceutical product manufacturing, you have to provide GMP facility as per Drugs and cosmetics act 1940 before that you have to register your company under companies act 1965 or 2013.
After all of this you have to take manufacturing license from CDSCO, they will visit your facility, if they satisfy then they will provide you the manufacturing license.
It all depends on which medicinal product your going to manufacture... Ok
Then the capital amount depends on your facility, Raw materials and marketing expenses.
Pharma machineries are very much expensive.... You have to spend huge amount of money.
