There's definitely some damage but ya. Props to her for going on a podcast to own that she was so damaged and toxic at one point that it was starting to infect Zach. She took it on the chin and deserves credit. That's personal growth. And to be fair she was being emotionally abused and gaslit for what I understand was several years by an ex when they met.
