2:40 In short, Exeller is a highest (NOT a demon) born diffrent than the others (class zero or some shit like that idk), and these zero mfs go insane if they don't get their hands dirty for a period of time, Exeller killed the king of his race so to hide from them he took over Sonic's body & started torturing everyone of his friends It's explained more in the second part & in the DLC (and might be looked into in the future remakes of both games + dlc)
