Have you tried listening to ambient, acoustic music? One group I recommend is Message to Bears. Their music is great for reading, studying, etc. Love this video, Ashley! 💛💛💛

My 8th grade teacher when we were quite (half the time) or she and to grade papers and we had work she would play classical music because she hates grading in silence and I loved those times because I concentrate a lot when listening music classical or with words
They did multiple studies that says typing notes on your laptop is ineffective. When you type notes, your memory of those note decreases by almost half. So even if you don't get all of the notes due to hand cramp or whatever, it's more beneficial to write your notes because writing triggers memory or something. Idk. I read a study on it :)
Love this video. My school doesn't start until the middle of October ( I think my school is the only one which starts later than others). BTW my favorite class is science.
