Green Team Takes Over the Boulby Mine Potash Train

Freightliner took the ICL Boulby Mine potash contract from DB Cargo at the start of May, having previously lost it to DB only a year earlier.
Here we see the Green Team undertaking potash duties with class 66/4 and 66/5 locomotives on the Tees Valley Line.

Nice assortment of clips, I’m sure this week though it’s a rather mixed colours week instead of the freightliner green and yellow with locos 66419,66505 & 66587 running it after this weekends steely spires Railtour

DB had it last year; Freightliner the year before. It keeps on swapping between the two of them!
