The reason why that server is strange is because of an array of multitude reasons. I highly recommend watching the osai video on why it's been like that for a while.
Watched the video through and yeah those guys are definitely weird lmao, their excuses are always "i just have it to piss people off", but the server is still really strange in my second video on it the players were bringing up incest and rape non stop and the mod was just stood there joining in on it.
