Somone that gets your hair is going to man handle you moving you around. The problem is if you intended to throw strikes back you have no power when they’re moving your center of mass around because you aren’t grounded. Being grounded is the science of throwing a punch, being that it starts from your feet. Even if they have your hair with one hand holding your head stationary they can always throw punches at you with the other hand, thus they can’t miss a punch that way because they can always clasp hand to hand the same way a seal can clap both of his flippers together. Confrontation on the street is different because there’s so many moves that are illegal in sports one can utilize to win a fight.
