Time Picker control using JQuery in ASP.NET

First to Download the JS File to run the control example

how did you get the jquery-1.10.2.js file? I tried it out almost the same as you did but it didn't work. Also, can I change the time format so instead of 12am it says like 12:00?

I got it to work now, I misplaced the scripts in the wrong order. I am still wondering how I can change the time format though
