渴望復常，源於經歷過一陣子失常。
過去三年，自覺失去了幾多，想怎樣彌補以往？
錯過的大小個唱，餘下日子紅館亞博麥花臣統統給我掃光。
失去的年度東京旅途，要密集地兩個月連去三趟。
以數量報復式補償，看似可挽回所失正常，但若果失去的是一個人，一個影響至深的友人，又要怎樣才令自己完好復常？
洪助昇（Aiden）新歌〈生活復常〉，記錄了一個發生在18歲生日的沉痛經歷。正正是那天，Aiden要經歷第一個成人禮考驗。當自己正跟友人歡聚時，一個無聲的電話訊息，劃破現場歌聲笑聲，肅殺地直搗Aiden心靈。
說是摯友其實更像人生導師，當全班同學都笑自己的歌手大計太怪奇，只有他從旁鼓勵聆聽，更約定將來只要你在台上獻技，他必在台下助慶。奈何夢未開展，對方已先行退席。
或許是早有預期，事發前他曾叮囑Aiden誰先離去，都不能在喪禮上太悲傷。「我做到了，我冇喊，直至喪禮後才放聲大哭一場。」Aiden說。離開得太突然，遺憾未好好地向他衷心道謝，所以Aiden決定在當上樂壇新人的第一年，將年內最後一首派台作送給他圓心願。
以失去作證，借遺憾喚醒，跟復常拚命，這是Aiden唱〈生活復常〉時的心聲。以為自己早已堅強地捱過傷痛，但當收到這份歌詞，再走進錄音室唱出時，Aiden才發現自己過去只是偽裝復常，不自覺地沉溺於這份痛傷。直至唱出歌詞一句「期望你／見證我戰勝哀傷／衷心讚賞」完全是個人心願，唱罷亦真好獲得一份釋懷，真正做到復常。
人生有太多缺失，只咬緊遺憾生活，不會換來開心快活。「望向天二人合唱／你定會滿足拍掌」心境復常，便可成就最美的一刻畫面。

喺電視睇咗一次MV，覺得超好聽，好耐無出過一首好聽嘅K歌
慢版抒情歌果然係洪較拿手，首先咬字值得一讚，唔洗字幕都聽到唱咩，今次這首feel到情感上既進步，副歌有嗰種咬牙切齒嘅肉緊，但可以投放更多，因為本身把聲比較斯文，你唱十成係唔夠，要唱十二成，如果個幅度做大啲，成首歌嘅起伏會明顯d，要清楚自己嘅特色，你嘅特色位係長拉音，高音同假音上，因為聽得出這些技巧係有能力做到嘅，呢啲位置應該多善用並且更紮實地唱，咁聽眾先會記住你既音色！
最後見到英皇似乎係想洪行實力派，好事，三首歌玩咗唔同既野，希望能夠憑實力行得更遠🫰

@@masitahhassan Not an OST. George Au (歐鎮灝) and Martin Wong (王智騫) are the two actors in the Music Video (George wears the brown check jacket and Martin wears the apple green sweater). George and Martin are Aiden's good friends in real life. George is a singer / actor and in a HK trio boy group called "P1X3L". Martin is a HK model / actor.
You have a great voice Aidan.... I didn't know the inspiration to the song. But... thank you from your translators. I get it now. All I can say is that... you should... leave a small piece of your heart for your friend, but remember your families too. With time it's diluted and with time... focus tells you your duties too.
