I am completely in love with it, I have a guitar sitting at home and I am very determined to learn this song and play it for my boyfriend. I just ordered a capo and I'm gonna take it piece by piece starting with the picking pattern. This tutorial has been so helpful. I used to play in middle school, but i mostly forgot everything, but ur video breaks it down so well. Much love! You just earned urself a subscriber and a like !

I prefer the no capo version you taught on the old channel way back when. Most of those old vids are still up, but I can't find that one. I know it, but I wanted to go back to see if you said what the names of the chords are, they're like C# and B power chords but with only the A, D, and G strings fretted and the high E and B strings played open.
And incidentally, that's the way you play it in the video where Tim Pierce shows the layered parts he did for it in the studio. That video is still up.

HEY MATE I know you'll probably never read this like ever but if you do, do you have any tips for getting my hands more synchronised and any exercises to build speed? I would really like to be able to play those fast phrases in the solos I love. Because there are plenty of solos I've tried to learn but just ended up giving up because I can't play the fast parts LOL😂
