I came into the game thinking Dylan was going to be my least favorite, but he was honestly probably one of my favorites. I also looooved Miles' acting. I felt he was one of the strongest actors in the game. He could be awkward when he needed to, funny, serious, and not to mention scared and in serious pain, like holy crap. Dude had the most convincing turning and painful segments

Miles has one of the strongest acted scenes imo, SPOILER WARNING The part where he and Kaitlyn finished fending off the werewolf at the scrapyard, and in the scenario where Dylan is about to turn into a werewolf, the multitude of emotions and power where Dylan is screaming and warning Kaitlyn to pretty much, GTFO, while all the other characters didn't if they transformed, just shows the resilience and actual care his character has for his co-councilors.
Ikr! None of the others shown as much self restraint and presence of mind when close to turning, as Dylan. Even Max who is supposed to be really nice. He actually warned Kaitlyn to run away from him which no one else was able to do.

As far as I recall, most of them didn't actually realise what was happening to them when it happened, like Emma, Jacob, especially Nick as he was the first one and Max (hope I didn't forget any of those who actually transformed). It all caught them off guard but Dylan saw it happen first hand so he may have been prepared better. I think only Aby, Kaitlyn, Ryan, Dylan had witnessed Nick's transformation that night and were able to draw conclusions. It's hard to instantly recall all of the material I've watched so far but I don't remember anyone except Laura knowing what was about to happen to her and she did fight it too so I think being aware of your transformation actually helps your subconscious to stay a bit more sane.

Source: I had to do that with a character breaking down into crazy rambling and would've much rather improvised it rather than memorize a block of text and try to make it natural

[[[[[[SPOILER WARNING]]]]] honestly the scrapyard scene when he screamed at kaitlyn to get away from him was such a key moment for me. I already was smitten with him before cause he's hilarious and not at all matched with my first impression of him anymore, but that moment really solidified him being my second fave, hell maybe my fave character of the game. It was such a emotionally charged and intense moment you really felt it in his voice AND saw the sheer panic in his eyes and desperation about his helplessness over the lack of control and yet the only thing on his mind was getting kaitlyn to safety. Idk how to explain it but when you see the jokester guy who even managed to crack a smile or drop a sassy remark despite being in this deep shit, someone usually collected in his way scream their lungs out like that as you have never heard it before and see the fear in his eyes makes you feel actually distressed too. Dylan is really selfless, even when he fled with kaitlyn and it got Aby killed, he voiced remorse at leaving her behind (not like he could've done something unarmed anyway). He really cares a lot for the others and has great mental strength to be able to even warn her when the others couldn't. In conclusion, all my homies love Dylan.
