A week ago a friend mentioned she listens and watches ASMR to help her sleep. Lately i have had increased depression and anxiety because too many things happening all at once and sleep for me is broken up and not restful anymore. I found one of your videos and found it so very relaxing and peaceful. I have made it a point to do this each evening before bed as it eases my mind and thoughts a great deal. Thank you so much Anna for what you do and how amazing you truly are 🙏💙

Great session. Very relaxing and soothing.
I really liked the beginning where you did the ficus on the candle and setting the intention. The pulling away and close up shot really made that something to listen and pay attention to.

I have to say, you have such a bright presence. I don’t know if you’ve just always had that as a gift or if you had to put work into nurturing that within you, but I just feel like you have such a pure state of being. &How intentional every little detail is in your videos - even down to your breathing sometimes - idk this channel is such a gem. Even the unintentional actions just always come across so gracefully in your delivery. Everything you want in life will find its way to you eventually. As you alluded to at a certain point in this video about putting off projects, I am very much guilty of that since the start of 2024.
I realized it isn't healthy for my mental wellness to be constantly procrastinating because at some point I will will have regrets and remorse that lead to a depression. And yes, it is about time as you mentioned I start and put my focused energy into doing those projects.

I’m slowly coming out of an art block. I deleted the social media I had when I posted it and it’s really started to help. Sure I miss it sometimes but I also feel like it was sucking the creativity out of me. I didn’t feel inspired to make fan art anymore after 22 years (I’ve been drawing since I was 8) so I started switching to other things.
