Thank you, sir! Really appreciate the effort and thought you put into making this video. Thanks much. I'm sharing this in our local KTM group as well. I'm currently using a ZANA bashplate. I majorly have 2 issues with it: 1. It makes too much rattling noise and 2. It's very strong, too strong that advanced riders comment about it saying it might transfer the shock to engine damaging it over protecting it. What do you think about these 2 issues? Does the Yana skid plate also make a rattling noise or sound near the engine, and I understand you mentioned it's strong, but is it too strong that rather than taking the impact, would it also transfer the effect to the engine like Zana.
@thaqiali6566 - thank you for you generous comment. Yes all the metals bashplate will make noise however you can use rubber bush to reduce shocks and rattling noise coz I did. Now I hardly get any noise. No it thick enough to take heavy bash but won’t transfer shock to engine I have be using for 2.5 to 3yrs. it’s lighter as well
Sir I already ordered the bashplate from yana and I received it , but I can't install it because there are no installation video in youtube or they don't provide any instruction manual.. can you please help me to install it on my ADV 390 ? Actually I can't understand how to fix the mount provided with the bashplate..
