I know you want your sports to start in the States, but can you imagine the life story for these young people that may not play the game professionally in the future. It is big money for the industry and the fans, but this is life stories for young people.

Colleges are hedge funds that teach classes on the side. The teams represent regions just like the pro team do. Most people don't really have any association with a team, college or pro, and probably shouldn't be rooting for any team considering what most teams really are. Keep up with teams because that's how things are structured, but root for players.
