Spike Lee is a true artist. Every time he speaks about his films and the issues of those films he puts his heart and soul out there. So many directors are pretentious, but he strikes at the heart without losing any integrity or intelectual meriment.

Beast! I remember walking to Harvard Square to watch the movie "She's Gotta Have It." I lived less than a half a mile from Harvard Square, the view from my bedroom window was Harvard Stadium. Literally right across the street. Now I consider myself well off but unless I wanted to show off and pay 3500 for a studio where I grew up I can't live there anymore. This a America 🇺🇸!

Adam Driver would be the only reason for me to see this film and as much as I adore him, I question wether I’ll actually ever see it. I hate the thought of giving Spike Lee any support. His rants are so hypocritical considering just a few years ago he was hanging out with Trump at social events.
Idk too much about Spike Lee, but I know the story of this film is important, and as a black person, I feel like I could get some meaning out of it. I'm also a huge Adam Driver fangirl, so all the more reason for me to watch it!
