(Recipe) Tuscan Grandma’s Honey Tomato Toast
Ingredients:
- Bread slices
- Fresh tomatoes
- Honey
- Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions:
1. Toast the Bread: Begin by toasting your bread slices to your preferred level of crispness.
2. Slice the Tomatoes: While the bread is toasting, slice the tomatoes into medium-thick pieces.
3. Spread the Honey: Once the bread is nicely toasted, spread a generous layer of honey over each slice.
4. Assemble: Place the sliced tomatoes on top of the honey-spread toast.
5. Season: Finally, season the tomatoes with freshly ground black pepper to taste.
