This method is working because it works for me, i mean the moment I've done all the instructions, the option "Turn off professional mode" instantly appeared on my profile settings i don't know if it's because of the "report a problem method" or it just takes time before it pops up but there's no harm reporting a problem in Facebook. First and foremost take a screenshot of your profile setting (the interface where you can turn on the professional mode) and then follow this method, attach the said screenshot along with an explanation (basically you want to have the "Turn off professional mode" option in your profile setting) and yeah it should work just like mine.
I dunno how why it doesn't work out on my Iphone 13 pro max
