@@emiliamoi2874 What I meant was that many millenials get a particular warm and cozy fealing when they hear this song. And it reminds us of our childhood when there was no internet and this was the trendy song. No disrespect to the others ofc.

I'm mostly amazed that people in Budapest knew the Swedish lyrics. Me personally prefer the Swedish version of this song. But that might be because my name is Anna.
I've been thinking about this for the past couple of days. I've watched different concert recordings and in the UK, there is barely an attempt for the swedish version. My concusion is that we, Hungarians are so bad at learning other languages, but at the same time we hear them in the radio and everywhere. So we just try to imitate whatever we hear, hence "we know the swedish version".
@@kristinszolnok I saw an interview with the lead singer of Sabaton. Some of their hits have lyrics in both Swedish and English. When asked what language they use at shows he said that in English speaking countries they play the English versions, unless they are told to play the Swedish versions. The Swedish version is always played in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, parts of FInland AND in places that don't really know English that well (I guess Hungarey would fall into that category). That might be a reason why Basshunter play the Swedish version in Hungary and the English in the UK.
Oh, Hungary def falls into that category 😂 And this is quite an interesting thing to know... how many things they need to take into consideration even for a half an hour show. Thanks for this info 😀
Absolute cringefest when he makes the crowd say we like to party and shit lmaoo, I love it though he's an absolute legend and solo performing all this, you can feel the nostalgia.
