To summarize, this was a basic and relaxed seminar to wrap up past content in preparation for international seminars in 2025 and beyond.
Without going into specific details key points included:
(1) Keeping in a soft/relaxed state to avoid ‘muscular self-resistance';
(2) Budo/Bujutsu Karate maai/distancing for optimal effect-including in the different forms of 組手(Kumite) training;
(3) 青柳型 (Seiryu Kata) and 分解 (Bunkai/Analysis) and also some of its 応用 (Ouyo/Application) principles.
And (4) as always, delving into details largely not taught outside of the top dojo (plural) here in Japan.
Indeed, other aspects were covered, however, these will be recalled by the karateka who attended.
I’d like to conclude by thanking the Freital club for hosting the seminar, especially Stephan Sensei, Andy Sensei and Marco Sensei, all the seminar staff and, last but not least, all of the karateka-from 15 different countries who trained.

No offense but, as a professional martial artist, are you OK? This is the problem with the internet, who is real?
There are fake accounts claiming to be me - talking crazy things - which I'd never say in my life, then there are people like you 'teaching me'....
Irrespective of all this, which I ignore, I just train each day here in Japan under the guidance of my seniors.
I am very happy to get any advice, but please show me your skills. If you can't visually, shut up.
Of course, you can keep commenting, on my page, but everyone will understand you.
