I will never understand why this track was just a B-side track. Should have been on the Vienna album, would have become most certainly a great hit in 1980/1981.
It was actually recorded in the USA while the band were on tour there in late 1980. "Vienna" the album was already in the shops months before. But upon hearing that "Vienna" the single had been given the go ahead they needed a b side. "Passionate Reply" was the result. A superb song indeed.
