In today's video, we're in the Scottish highlands and we visit my parents house to give you an update, answering a question I always get: how is the house build coming on!
Hello Shaun from California ❤!! I remember you showing this house last year for updates on the renovations. Happy Christmas to you,Tekah and your entire family!! Love you guys 💓
I didn't look at the title, I just saw that Shaun had a new video out LOL. Thank for letting us see the snow and your families home. It looks so much better now. Happy holidays to you and Teka.
Hello Shaun and Teka... I found you guys on a winters day... when you guys were driving around Edinburgh it was snowing big time and it was so much fun... been following you both since... I am from Edinburgh but live in the states now... wished I could come back but am so happy to see it through your eyes and videos ... I have pictures of myself and family in the highlands... I like when you come to the states but really love when your videos are of Scotland makes my heart all warm and fuzzy...Love seeing your parents place and all the updates... Shawn is that where you grew up?? Teka you are so pretty love seeing your beautiful smiling face much love to you both and hope you have a Merry Christmas and A Happy New Year....🎅🤶🧑🎄🍾🍷🍷🎉
I've never seen a stainless steel tub like that before! Most Canadians that have one, myself included, have the white enamel ones. The only reason I don't have a TV over my bathtubs is because I bring in my laptop to watch RUclips or Netflix while I'm soaking in the tub. Heather xo
I was blessed to be in Scotland last September! I was in Aviemore after a weekend in Drumnadrochit. I spent a day in Edinburgh, but spent a few around Paisley and Glasgow.
Shaun, I see the Glenuig Inn has a "glenuig stack" which has hamburger, a haggis fritter, bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomato and onion.....haggis is pretty Scottish, yes? Maybe I would order that lol. apparently they fry the haggis in whiskey, is that traditional? 🙂
Ah, the highlands of Scotland! Childhood home of Duncan MacLeod, born in 1592 and still alive in 1992! 🙂 Someday I shall make a pilgrimage to Scotland because of Highlander the Series! I will stay at the Glenuig Inn -- which in the series was depicted as being in Glenfinnan, but it's actually 17 miles away, regardless they did actually record the show there -- and eat the most Scottish thing they serve there 🙂
My first full day when I went to visit a friend near Aberdeen, her son asked me to travel around to job sites with him to keep him awake. We went from Inverurie to Dinwally loch Ericht and then over to Fort William, and on the way home, we skipped Perth and just went to Dundee and then back home again. Loch Ericht and Ben Alder was probably the most beautiful part of the whole day, even if I couldn't get out of the van and explore! That day had the best weather of the whole trip too!
I was in Edinburgh and Inverness this summer. I'm not sure I'd be satisfied with only one afternoon in Inverness. You need to go to Culloden, Loch Ness, Dunrobin Castle, and so many other places. If possible, take the train to Inverness. It's a lovely journey, and more enjoyable without the job of driving there.
@@shaunvlog thanks Shaun, My name was to be Sean, and ended up being named after the river in Ireland. My clan is Wallace, and yes I have the full kilt and all the accoutrements.
Honestly, when I stop to charge I usually need the bathroom by that point anyway. By the time I plug in, use bathroom, grab a coffee and head back out, it’s usually almost done
I used to live in Elgin, just doon the road a bit, now in Texas. Visit Fort George and it's history, you must have passed Culloden. Findhorn is also a nice place.
Answering what question? I love your travel vids but making ominous titles just for clicks is kind of annoying dude, sorry. I would never dislike because you put a lot of effort in your vids but I loathe clickbait. Hope you guys are doing well.
People have been asking what his parents' house is looking like. That's the question.. that's not clickbait. Granted, he does do that sometimes, but not this time
The title is still unnecessarily cryptic. That is what clickbait is. If the video is about the house, then just say it in the title. I agree with OP that it turns me off from content creators when they do this.

Thank you, Shaun, for taking us with you on a beautiful drive into the Highlands! Gorgeous!
They did a great job on the house. Love their dogs and cats, too! My kind of people for sure.
Pretty up there . We've got a heat wave here in Utah. 50F in the day, 28F at night. 28 should be the daytime high! Merry Christmas!🧑🎄🎄☃️❄️✨️💖
I love to see videos in Scotland. The hotel room you stayed in was exceptional. I work for a hotel, that bathroom is awesome.

Their home is lovely. It warms my heart to know that they have saved an ancient home.

Nice to know that you are ok guys!❤
That's a beautiful room
So beautiful! I can't wait to visit one day. My mother lived in Blantyr as a child, shuttled back and forth between Blantyr and London during the war.
I love all your parents' beautiful furry creatures!

The view of the clouds over the water is haunting. It makes something in my soul ache.
Hey Shaun, love the Gulf View Hotel. Looks very nice 😊

Looks like there's a ginger cat in every room! (And why not?!😺) -- And now we all know what it's like to get eaten by a deer! 🦌Thanks for the video!

This is a beautiful room.
Shaun, I'll be in Scotland for only 3 days in May. Planning on driving to Inverness and staying one night then back down to Edinburgh. Am I crazy? Lol

@natdatil6830 thank you for the suggestion!

“A 45 minute charge.” Ouch. That will need to come down to 5 minutes before I would ever consider an EV.
Honestly, when I stop to charge I usually need the bathroom by that point anyway. By the time I plug in, use bathroom, grab a coffee and head back out, it’s usually almost done

I used to live in Findhorn. Magical place.
Nicest hotel room I've seen!!
Hi Shaun! Hello from Sacramento, CA, USA.
Hey Joanne 🙂
For years ,Charlie Chaplin used to take his family on holiday to Nairn
Lovely video. Did I see you give Teka a wee kiss in the pool? First time I’ve seen that. How sweet 🌹
Thanks and yes ☺️
Nice room
What is the food you had
How beautiful
