Lip of boat goes right over the tires which usually hold it in place. Sometimes you have to leave it in gear with slight power to go up on the deck and hook the winch strap to the bow.
@@beckyfox5934 so sorry for the time delay, I haven't logged on in a while. I took the winch roller off and replaced it with the 2 tires. You will have to get the tires and then get a measurement to see how long of a bolt you need to bolt them to the winch stand.

Would like to see how easy it goes on. That’s where I have problems getting over the lower lip.

what kind of tires are those used for at harbor freight? what am I searching for?
Travis, the part number at Harbor Freight is 47638 and it is an 8" non-marring tire. You can see them on their web site.
