I love Sevendust! One of my top 10 favorite bands ever, for sure.
My 5 favorite songs by them are "Face To Face", "Losing You", "See & Believe", "Live Again" and "Damaged".
First for me. Great music. 🎸🎸🎸
Sevendust is one of those few bands that has stuck with me for over 20 years. They are consistently 🔥! It's a wonderful rabbit-hole you have discovered here. :D
I highly recommend "The Wait" from their "Time Travelers & Bonfires" album--either that, or the live version (the live is pretty special imo). Lot of heart. Was written for one of the band member's after he lost his dad. Really shows you the bond the band has, and what they've been through together. "Feel Like Going On", "Got A Feeling" and "Life Deceives You" are in the same vein, with the last one having a good bit of heavy too.
They can also go REALLY hard, so I gotta recommend "Dying To Live", "Blood From a Stone", "Not Today", and "KIll Me". Numerous suggestions, but trust me, they're ALL bangers. Can't go wrong with Sevendust. Oh, and since they got a new album out, my favorite track from that (after multiple rotations picking out the repeat-listen-worthy) is "Sick Mouth". Great balance of super heavy, and ultra melodic. Aside from that and a couple other tracks, they took some musical detours for the new album. Not bad by any means, but slightly different from the rest of the catalog; just to give you some framing.

You immediately zoned in on Morgan Rose's drumming. One of the best and most unique drummers out there. You've stumbled upon another one of the best bands out there, and now you've found Sevendust. Consider doing some more of them in the future.
Extremely underrated band. Consistently one of the best live bands you can see. Morgan Rose is one of the best live drummers in hard rock/ metal
You should really take a listen to some of Sevendust's earlier stuff. It's Amazing. Especially since you like the drummer so much, he plays a bigger part in their early songs, including some crazy vocals. He's a very respected drummer in rock/metal world.

Absolutely. My favorite Morgan's work in a Sevendust song is probably the one in the song Losing You. I never get tired of his drums on that song, specially the verses.
