Really enjoyed this Tom, great stuff my man. Also just wanted to say that it's awesome to see how much you've grown in terms of your comfortability and confidence in front of the camera. Keep it up :)

Less than six months into yoga and today I did my first assisted handstand. I know that’s nothing for some but for a 250 pound lifter, I’m impressed:)

Hey Tom,I really like your training :DBy that i mean how your doing it pain free with lots of variations and movement orientated. I think that is the most important thin to have a well developed pain free body that can do all kind of movements. And it inspires me how many different moving styles you practice and always look on mobility. I have once commented about Ido and you are very inspired by him and lots of other guys that are also very inspiring. I have found about the Wim Hof method I want to know what you think about it. And maybe you are interested in trying it because it is a new challenge and i would really like to see how you doin on this method. It would be amazing if you could make a video on that.thanks Thomas

Thanks Teddy for the kind words. Yes, I'm a big fan of Wim Hof, used his method for a couple of years now. I actually have a video on my channel in regards to cold thermogenesis. Cold showers everyday :)

i drink kombucha occasionally but i wonder if it there is any use to it if you don't commit to stay a couple of weeks on the stuff, like probiotics

Good company, must've been a lot of fun around those guys!
Quite a woman Charlotte, she looks so in control haha, wouldn't be surprised if she does fire poi.
Love the light in that studio by the way, I'm sure the footage will be on point.
    👍

Aside from fire spinning, Cirque du Soleil was obviously the most impressive performance I ever saw, especially the first time I saw it, probably also because their storytelling is good as well.

Everything takes time and dancers are a dedicated bunch. Could you see yourself going down that road?
