Really enjoyed this Tom, great stuff my man. Also just wanted to say that it's awesome to see how much you've grown in terms of your comfortability and confidence in front of the camera. Keep it up :)
Ulrich is great. I knew he was in London from his IG but i did not know it was with you! I should probably follow you on IG too. Glad you guys had fun and hopefully i will meet you both one day! Also, impressed by your press to hs!
Great video, with interesting content. That dude is very good, and damn he's built. Can't wait to see what this is all about. Looks like your training, but having a lot of fun at the same time.
Hey Tom,I really like your training :DBy that i mean how your doing it pain free with lots of variations and movement orientated. I think that is the most important thin to have a well developed pain free body that can do all kind of movements. And it inspires me how many different moving styles you practice and always look on mobility. I have once commented about Ido and you are very inspired by him and lots of other guys that are also very inspiring. I have found about the Wim Hof method I want to know what you think about it. And maybe you are interested in trying it because it is a new challenge and i would really like to see how you doin on this method. It would be amazing if you could make a video on that.thanks Thomas
Thanks Teddy for the kind words. Yes, I'm a big fan of Wim Hof, used his method for a couple of years now. I actually have a video on my channel in regards to cold thermogenesis. Cold showers everyday :)
Good company, must've been a lot of fun around those guys! Quite a woman Charlotte, she looks so in control haha, wouldn't be surprised if she does fire poi. Love the light in that studio by the way, I'm sure the footage will be on point. 👍
Aside from fire spinning, Cirque du Soleil was obviously the most impressive performance I ever saw, especially the first time I saw it, probably also because their storytelling is good as well.

Aye thanks, glad you did! Ahhh it's been a slow but getting there :)
Less than six months into yoga and today I did my first assisted handstand. I know that’s nothing for some but for a 250 pound lifter, I’m impressed:)
Damn impressive, getting upside down is the important first step :)
Good job, man!
Amazing takes! And that is some damn good body awareness and mobility
Thanks, not sure about me but the other 2 were good :)
The 3 of ya!
Nice to see you having so much fun while training. Also, your handstands look quite good.
That looked like a lot of fun...must be great to meet your mentors.
I have been following him for a while and it is just crazy the control some people have in the HS.
Great vid tom!
Ulrik is the mannnn

i drink kombucha occasionally but i wonder if it there is any use to it if you don't commit to stay a couple of weeks on the stuff, like probiotics
Awesome training!
thanks Gerard :)
Hey great video!
Is it normal that when I do hip CARs standing I engage my glute of the other leg?
Good company, must've been a lot of fun around those guys!
