Harry is a jazz drummer that has played thousands of gigs. The reason he moves his hands like a metronome is because he's playing the rhythm/beat in his head. He attributes his training as a drummer as a "cheat code" (his words). He keeps the rhythm like it's second nature, which frees his mind to focus on the schemes/patterns/story of the freestyle.

Actually, Harry Mack often mentions his GF in his rap mostly in some of his live performances especially the one in Vegas where a lady from the crowd said he wanted to kiss him as a suggested topic for him to rap about 😄But Hmack creatively shot her down and used Lisa in his lyrics lol it was pretty funny
He's not single, he and his partner have been together for quite some time. She travels around with him, or did so on his tour.
He has a girlfriend Lisa he mentions in his Rap Coltrane album. He shouts her out for letting him use her Mini Cooper 😅.. does a whole verse about her on “No Apology”

First time seeing any of your reactions and I loved it! Funny you mentioned Metronome (that’s the thing that goes back and forth). I actually just saw Harry’s show in Tacoma and that was the word I gave (unfortunately it wasn’t chosen). If I had a chance to give three words my other 2 would be hypothesis, because he says that if he wasn’t a musician he’d want to be a scientist, and neuroplasticity because it’s about the constant changes of connections in your brain as you learn and grow and his brain is amazing in the way it works.
