Hi bro, I saw your intake system honda dio 18 on the forum, please share the stl file. In our country, these are very difficult to find, but if you find them, they cost like a car.
I got a complete RC-One engine and made a mount and bolted it in. If you watch the videos I show in depth most of the steps. Forks are off a early model typhoon from Malossi, however it seems they have discontinued them (or at least the last time I checked they were)
@@ecoskyter134 Depends on your end goal and the type of cylinder, for a mild/medium or daily driver build I would go no bigger than 19. You have the potential for more peak HP with a 21 with a more high revving race build but at the cost of less fuel economy and probably poor part throttle response compared to a smaller version.
@@pitobread I would like to know which carburetor you mount, I also have the mhr 94cc and I would like to mount a carburetor 34, what power could I reach? Thanks
Would you make a video on putting a piaggio Rc1-one on a Dio frame cause I’m thinking on doing one have block tryed looking for videos no videos would be nice please thank you
Hey! I could probably do a video like that someday, but right now I am pretty busy. You would want to use a Piaggio RC-One as they are bottom mount. A custom engine mount would need to be fabricated. You could use a Zip 10" rear wheel or a Typhoon 10" rear wheel to get it to look a bit more proper, Zip 10" are a bit narrower than the Typhoon ones. I think only drum would be an option with the 10" but I am not sure. Wiring would be pretty simple, add a ground and tie into the kill switch wire to the CDI. The rest is self contained on the RC-One. You may need to add a shock extender or offset mount to get the shock to connect up I would put a top tank under the seat and ditch the floorboard tank, or use it to fill the top tank but keep the carb gravity feed.
Pitobread I just got me a piaggio bottom mount one I was putting it on a 2001 elite thinking doing a 2fast 100 boar crank and pipe in the next future lol but slowly slowly I’m going to collect parts from scootertuning.ca plus I try finding videos on building some sort bike or even step by step videos not like yours step by step and make sense you have Instagram
@@aca192maric not sure. I would be more concerned with diameter and roller speed over sheer weight. I would guess 500lb+ and probably want it to be a large diameter so the roller speed is not too high.

It wasn't mine and it wasnt plated. I did take it for a very brief road test but that was it. I have a riding video of my typhoon which has the same engine.

It was just the stock 28mm VHST Dellorto. Bigger carb will definitely let it breathe more.

I dream of collecting the same projects as you !!
It's been thinned out a bit, but I hopefully can keep these ones for a while

On my own it does both, on this one it just has dual batteries.
