    Makes sense now lol! I had awakening but because I interacted with someone spiritual for a long time. Now they are gone and left me lost for a while. I’m keeping to myself and can finally feel my actual self catching up and maintaining myself. Premature kundalini is pure hell so I’m glad I’m finally finding ways to maintain myself now

    Thanks for this video. I had a blissful high a couple weeks ago, it was in my head and felt like the silence. I felt totally opened up, and for an hours drive, kept the radio off. I think it was the crown chakra now, especially from what you said in this video. Then this morning, I drempt of my deceased mother, we communicated, and I was advised to keep it in the heart. When I got up, the voice said, " youre getting more Amrita," and I was looking that up when I found you're station. I'm glad to find this podcast, and hope for full kundalini awakening in this life time. I am70 years old and study a course in miracles and other stuff. Thanks again for all your information. Have been into some yoga, years ago, and walk in nature now and have been getting into more meditation, lately. 2 months ago, I quit my night shift job but still drink coffee and like to read a lot. I had an NDE at 19. I wondered if you recommend anything or if I should just keep following my inner guidance?

    Love the video Tristan, after reading heavy texts written in cryptic ways for too long its a breath of fresh air to just listen på peoples own experiences described in a grounded way. after a series of initiations up to 2021 i had a spiritual awakening. i remember i was just sitting there in a silent bliss, tears flowing, devoid of insecurities. My throat opened in a way that it felt like breathing without resistance or constriction for the first time. i could look people in the eyes without discomfort. overwhelming love and empathy, thinking that heaven was already here on earth, feeling as one with everything. this went on for a week, just pure bliss. all chakras from the heart up was, tingly, itchy and red. after a week, i started to feel ungrounded, unbearable anxiety and dread that went on for a year before it finally became managable. I had to live in a cottage for the duration, and almost lost everything in the process. My crown and third eye still gets very agitated if i push it with meditation and mantras, so pacing has become a cornerstone in every aspect of my practice. im just left kind of dumbstruck now. obviously ive had a premature awakening of the crown, but is a premature crown opening a kundalini awakening? ive been reading that people experience this explosion of energy in the root chakra ascending through the spine, but i did not experience this. i just remember at one of the initiations i just sat there and it felt like a warm blanket was dropped over me, first embracing the top of my head, then the rest of my body. Then the silent bliss explained earlier started. Anyway, i want to thank you for being so open around the more challenging aspects of this path, there is too much sugarcoating and ignorance out there. Lots of love!

      Hi Alex, yes a premature crown opening is one form of kundalini awakening. It is not necessary to get the explosion of energy up the spine. Not everyone experiences this. It depends on each person's unique matrix of obstructions. I hope things are starting to settle down for you now, and are becoming stable.

    Thank you for this. Longtime spiritual practitioner. I had always been aware of kundalini, but not really looked into it. Apparently my awakening was triggered in the initial bout of Covid 3 1/2 years ago. At the time of course, no one had a clue what was happening to any of us. I was nearly paralyzed with burning electrical neurological sensations as well as other disorientations for over two years. Through actually some medication that gave me relief from some of the pain, I could begin my search for understanding and the road back to physical ability & strength. I am slowly finding information, such as your video, & learning much more. I still experience physical sensations, extreme bliss, emotionalism, and second chakra & extreme sexual pressure. As I learn techniques to deal, and also have more understanding it is becoming easier. What an experience!😳

      Thanks for sharing. It is quite normal for people to go through stages with kundalini awakening. There is quite often a stage when people want to be alone most of the time, or just be with friends and family. When the ecstatic-bliss is strong, or we are just feeling peaceful, or withdrawn from the world, then there can be little motivation to go around doing many things. But then there can also be a stage where we become very active in the world, helping other people out of love and compassion. There is no right and wrong with this, as everyone has their own way.

It take some months for me to know that the only thing I have to do is to keep my emotion in love, all other things will be fine. That why i withdrawn from the world to stay alone most of time. But I live with my family so I can not avoid to have their emotion, lost of things happen like a picture have been broken in 1000 pieces with a lot of pain, tear, emotion but then another picture is going appear and it is much more in harmony, now I feel being loved and supported, they love me and respect my choice although think that I have some psychological problems :) ... During these 3 years, I read lot of religious document like Veda, Buddhism, Taoism that I can not imagine before that I can understand 1 page :), literally, I do not understand all the words but i can feel the content meaning to explain what is happening to myself. As nature is my big friend I do not feel ungrounded, I work a lot in the garden and turn all in flower but very strange that although it is very beautiful I do not harvest much fruits :). One major change is that that I can not concentrate my mind on intellectual work like all my intellect and logic all have been gone, working on cooking, sewing, gardening... are ok as I do not have to think but now I feel that I can not work on my job as financier again. • @tristandorling
      @tristandorling  10 месяцев назад +2

      The shaking of the body is a natural part of the process of meditation and happens to many people. It is caused by prana flowing through the energetic channels of the body. It is actually a good sign that inner purification is happening and the meditation process is working. so, simply continue with your practices. The shaking will not continue forever, but may continue for a number of months, or years.

    Hello Tristan, my kundalini entered a undesirable path, the vajra nadi, but it already purified all my chakras. Anyhow, I would like to know if you know how to divert the kundalini to come back to mooladhara and enter Sushumna. Any advice will be highly appreciated.

    • @tristandorling
      @tristandorling  9 месяцев назад +1

      There is no need to bring the kundalini energy back down to Mooladhara chakra. Simply focus on purifying the sushumna nadi, the central channel. When the sushumna nadi reaches a certain degree of purification the prana will enter the central channel and everything will come into balance. Spinal Breathing Pranayama between the root and the third eye, is the best technique that I know of for purifying this channel. Hi Tristan! how does daily masturbation or sexual practices relate to kundalini? does semen retention helps bring the energy up the spinal cord?

    • @tristandorling
      @tristandorling  10 месяцев назад +2

      The retention of sexual energy and fluids is important for the process of kundalini, yes. If sexual fluids and energy is lost from the body, on a regular basis, then prana is much less likely to rise up through the body. This is the case for both men and women. Quite honestly, I am afraid to have any sort of kundalini experience because I know that I am not prepared or purified enough - I am still attached to physical pleasures and desires of the flesh and body. Thus, I am fearful to experience the kundalini and do not want to experience the 'hell' that some people have experienced - this is from some readings I read elsewhere on the internet.
    But should it happen that I get a kundalini experience one day, will prayer to a higher power asking for help or meditating in silence - like simple practices of focusing on the breath - help to stabilize and bring peace?
    I ask this question because I think I saw a comment you made in another video advising those who were going through difficult times to not engage further in spiritual practices or meditation? And yet, here you say it is good to practice meditation and to cultivate inner silence.
    I understand that in order to reach that inner Silence and to establish a connection to Source, one first has to still the mind. Hence, why I am practicing focusing on the breath to stop the chatter of the mind.
    At university I used to get ‘peak experiences’ when listening to music.
    When I was in my early twenties at university, I was listening to beautiful music, gazing at a picture of a beautiful woman hung on my wall and I was focusing on feelings of love. Then suddenly I felt ecstasy. The following morning, sunlight was entering my dormitory and I felt a oneness and love in everything around me. Then I went to catch the bus. As I sat on the bus, all of a sudden, I felt that my mind was going to snap. I literally felt I was going to lose my mind! Intuitively, I felt I had to look at the dirty floor of the bus and focus on it - as if to ground myself to something mundane and physical. That saved me! Following that experience, I stopped seeking the spiritual. Hence, why I am afraid of the kundalini.
    Due to financial stress and isecurities, I have recently gone back to meditation because I want to feel peace and protected by Source. Could you explain to me the apparent contradiction where you say to practice meditating in silence and yet you advised those who have bad kundalini experiences to stop meditating? Or have I misunderstood something? Many thanks. P.S. I have purchased your book. I like your down-to-earth and sensible talk on the kundalini.

    • @tristandorling
      @tristandorling  4 месяца назад +1

      If someone is preparing the body and mind for an energetic spiritual awakening, then it is good to practise meditation and cultivate inner silence. The same is true for someone who is going through an awakening experience. Inner silence provides a strong foundation for the inner purification process. However, if symptoms arise that are uncomfortable or painful, these could be made worse by engaging in spiritual practice. So, in this situation it is good to reduce the spiritual practices to find a stable level. This could mean reducing meditation time from 20 minutes twice a day to 10 minutes twice a day, for example. In extreme cases, if symptoms are painful, then it could be necessary to stop all spiritual practices for a while. This would include things like prayer as this can intensify the energy.
      Once the practitioner has been stable for a while with the new level of practice (which could be zero) then they can gradually increase practice times again, keeping an eye on how things progress.

      @@tristandorling Thank you for taking time to answer. I just received your book today - hardcover. I am looking forward to reading it.
      I have a question that troubles me and I cannot shake the melancholy it brings me. If it happens that a man - who is not sufficiently purified or prepared - should by accident cause the kundalini to be awaken, and is on the edge of losing his sanity, is there no hope that God or Divine Consciousness can intervene and save him if asked for?
      The thought that God would allow him to suffer insanity leaves me feeling how cold and unfeeling God is. I turn to meditation because I am tired of the vicissitudes of life’s up and downs. I want to feel sustained and protected through life, hence the need to want to connect to Source through meditation.
      But if God cannot help man when he cries out for help from losing his sanity from evoking the terrible scourge of the kundalini, then what hope is there?

    • @tristandorling
      @tristandorling  4 месяца назад +1

      @@wolf7379 there can be many reasons that things happen or do not happen. And we cannot always be aware of the reasons behind that. Why is one person helped by higher beings when they pray, but not another? In yoga they would say it comes down to unfathomable karma, the thousands of actions and reactions that take place on every level of our being, over many years.
      So, if we don't know why some people are helped and others not, the question is, what is the best way forwards? We can simply accept the fact that we don't know, and focus on improving our own life, which is something we can do. Then, hopefully, as a consequence of improving our own life, we can then help others in a more effective way. This can be a better use of our emotional energy, using it to transform ourselves and the world around us.
      For most people a kundalini awakening is a very beautiful experience. It is usually only difficult if the awakening is managed badly. This mostly happens when people are using dangerous spiritual practices, or do not know how to self-pace or ground.

      Hi Ron, thanks for commenting. My own awakening happened slowly and gradually over many years. When this happens, the energetic channels in the body have a chance to clear and to widen, without much discomfort. I was also fortunate enough to intuitively know about the importance of grounding. So, if anything became too strong, or felt overwhelming, I would simply go walking in nature, or swimming in the ocean, or rivers, near to where I was staying. In this way, I was able to keep the journey smooth and without discomfort. I was also fortunate enough to have many good teachers who were able to guide me, and I learned about the importance of self-pacing from them. One of the things that I have found, is that a lot of descriptions of kundalini awakening that you see, are put out there by people who have had a difficult and painful journey. But, a lot of people who have very easy and beautiful journeys, don't write or speak about it publicly. There is little reason for them to do so. So, we can get a distorted view of things. After having gone through this process for the last 30 years, and guided people through this process for the last 15 years, I would say that most people's awakenings are quite easy, and without much discomfort, especially if they have access to effective practices. But, the idea that there is some kind of rule that people have to spend some time in hell, even speaking metaphorically, is not true. That idea comes more from the fact that as a whole, humanity has not had very good guidance, when it comes to kundalini awakening.

      Kundalini awakening will affect your sex life in many ways. Gradually men become able to experience full-body orgasms for example, whereas usually men only experience pelvic orgasms. Many feelings and emotions become stronger and more intensely felt including sexual feelings. The experience of love becomes stronger and is felt on a much deeper level. And if someone wants to continue to be sexually active, they can be. There can be a temporary stage where people lose interest in sex as the higher centres are opening, but after this stage passes, then they have a choice.
