Can you please address Christian single mothers seriously living for God? Having a child can be a distraction too it feels like being married in a way. It can be very challenging trying to figure out balance and be an awesome parent. Any advice would be helpful!
Gab Kemet Hello, Gab and hope you're having a great day. The answer to you situation is simple and easy. When your child is asleep is when you can have some one on one time with God. You can pray or read your bible and stuff like that. Maybe at work doing your lunch break you might go to your car and read your bible or pray to the Lord. You can have time with God but, you just have to use those little in between moments with him. Start your morning in prayer when you get up. You can even share bible study time with your child and teach them about the Love of the Father (God) and so on. Just look for opportunities where you can fill your day with the Lord even if, its only for ten minutes here or five minutes there. Its not how much time...its the quality of the time that you share with God. And one last thing download one of those daily bible apps where thru out the day the bible app will notify you its bible time and it only takes just five minutes of your time. The question that hits me hard is "Do you include Christ in your spare time? Whew! It's time for me to reflect....
