The Budapest Hub is a key strategic site for Sanofi, which currently employs more than 1,100 professionals and plans to expand its workforce to 1,600 by the end of 2025. The Hub focuses on various critical business functions, including Finance & Accounting, Human Resources, Project Management Office, and high value-added corporate functions such as Controllership, Research & Development, Digital, Procurement, Medical Services, and Manufacturing & Supply. This investment involved a comprehensive renovation of four floors within the Váci Greens Office Park, creating state-of-the-art facilities to foster collaboration, sustainability, and innovation. The Budapest Hub features a fully flexible hybrid workspace and a diverse workforce of professionals from over 55 nationalities, promoting an inclusive work environment. Sanofi offers the Budapest Hub colleagues a wide range of training and development programs as part of continuous learning and career progression, ensuring that they remain at the forefront of industry developement.
