For the demotion he is mostly handling under his mother's pressure. He would not have done all of this things on his own will. When his mother told that Ji Huk should be sent oversea, he tried to stop her...

He intentionally didnt fired her sister and also she came back to her work.also he was not violent. And brutal negative comments written by hajoon not him but he agreed and took punishment as he ordered. This was how their relship started and just negative comments doesnt decide persons character unless its demeaning sexist misogynist or abusive.also he saved her many times. Well i dont judge like you and i would rate him gentleman as ive seen more evil men in my life than this
Yes, I love their chemistry. The female lead I liked her character at first, but now she's kinda getting on my nerves. Don't get me wrong I like this drama. But the second couple is my favorite
