Quite a compliment to you Brad. Most audiophiles with that kind of unlimited means stick with just a small cadre of builders, designers, engineers etc. It's a rarefied group 'Doug' is in and for him to trust you with that says a lot about him and about you. If he were so inclined, it'd be great to see what he did with his home media room as well. Amazing room. I'd not be surprised if there are articles written on that room.
I’m a musician myself, and I was smiling through the WHOLE VIDEO. To most people who don’t have the musical ear, they didn’t notice the difference from when you were out in the hallway to the moment you entered the studio.😅
both men are so passionately scrupulous about their craft... I don't understand a thing but it's such a joy to watch them share their work...Brad is in awe of Doug and I'm sure Doug feels the same about Brad...so cuuuute!
Great video guys, a wonderful space to behold. Doug needs to start his own channel to give us a deeper insight into how he got so deeply into music. Does he notice a difference between listening to digital versus a record etc?
absolutely impressive. i've seen rooms like it, never heard the perspective from a builder. would LOVE to see and watch some of the interviews with those who put the room together!
Oh My LORD !!! 😂😂😂 @Brad said.. “Taylor Swift” or “Cardi-B” That’s freakin HILARIOUS @Brad!! Lol Congrats on being a part of that room build!! I’m a HUGE music fanatic!! So I could sit there all day and night!! Wow!! Great job brother!! To you and everyone else involved!! I honestly don’t think on your channel will be the only place we see this room in the future!! That’s definitely something to be proud of my friend!! Stay blessed!!
Imagine relaxing to a selection of Classical Music....... Drifting off to sleep listening to the gentle Woodwinds & occasional Brass....... And forgetting that the 1812 Overture is in the mix until the Cannons go off...........
That is an amazing music room. The one song I would love to hear in that room would be Camille Saint-Saens Symphony No. 3 in the movement when the pipe organ hits the low notes.
I’ve been in a music room very similar with these crazy bulb fuse amps and I was able to listen to jazz music and it’s so crazy to here how great the sound was and this ten years ago so I can only imagine how great that room sounds I’ve seen equipment like his and can’t believe how expensive it cost but the sound is just insane.. great job Brad !!

This is a very nice, state of art, music room and im sure the owner is happy with it, but I personally prefer being outdoors, in the woods, listening to sounds that cannot be purely replicated.
When listen to the music, i could hear the sound fine but theres alot of static the mic is making or picking up.. and seeing the money in the room i hope the mic is making it and not picking it up
My room i sweden is simerly the same but i can change the light with a remote instead,i prefer my martin logans loudspeakers ,its more aire with seperate subs. The preamps and turntable should be mounted on the wall, and the main cord should have filtred 3 phase fuse from the main house intake. I built a loft in my garage for my brother very similar to this but on a budget. He has over 100,000 records in my parents basement prob 5,000 in my loft.
I bet in person it would blow ur socks off. The gentleman that owns the house looks like he just climbed out of bed. Too funny. I would hate to hear the price tag of that job all together
I imagine he has every song ever recorded in his library. All those albums he has plus another room filled with albums and the music he played here are from his digital files.

I would hesitate to call it a music room.
Maybe more like Custom Symphony Hall instead. 👍🎺🎺
Maybe… just need more room for the musicians
