- I KNOW THIS IS NOT AS GOOD AS THE 1ST ONE.! but here it is guys, A BAPTIST DEACONS' PRAYER. I know you can relate to something said in this prayer, if you've ever experienced the baptist church.
Thank you Lord! I grew up on these prayers! Thank you Father God!
I was raised Methodist, but I spent enough time in the Baptist church w/my cousins to appreciate how this young man has captured what I saw & heard as a kid. Impressive!

This took my back to Sunday Devotions or those revivals when the spirit would move through the church & by the time Deacon done praying the Pastor would come out & begin to start praying too thats when you know that the Lord was definitely in the house
#Yessuh!!! #YesLord!!! This devotion prayer is so on point!!! You know you are Baptist when you can relate to everything said in this prayer, and like the description says if you grew up in church you can relate to this too..... #Glory!!! Reminds me of the Deacons at my Church.
Especially that deacon that says "father God" after every three words
His voice, his tone, his runs...pure Gospel soul.

WOW no questions asked, right now as i speak 2017 of September i tried laying down ever night to go to sleep and any little sound disturbs my peace of sleep. On this day i pick up my cell started going on goggle to help with praying and came upon this. My heart stop. Yessss yesssss yes lord. I am here asking for pray may peace be upon me as i text this message my heart is heavy right. With tears in eyes. I see no other then to respond to this pray even though this has been said 6 yrs ago ago. My soul is very weak and sometimes i don't have all the answers but i do believe that my father in heaven sees and here's ever time i call upon his name.My family my children i only live because o want them to be happy but when do let go and let god lead the way. My second daughter. Is facing 10 to 11 yrs. In prison as we speak they proceeding to go forward on the case without her permission they are taken it to trail
The hearing she will be guilty of her crime and more time 25 to life. No questions just want prays.Born again Sister in Christ .may peace be upon you.Blessings

Seems like so many missed the point. This is an tribute to the way he was raised. This is a melodic tradition of men praying. Its poetic. And a reversal of all those years in bondage when an oppressed people had to hide their prayers to God or either be punished. Hypocrite? Wow. Hasan keep your head up.
