After he married and got a halfway good job, he tells everybody how the world should work and government be run and gives unsolicited advice about marriage, careers, taxes etc. And you keep thinking: "Advice? It seems that he is unwilling to own up to his many lies by sidestepping the issue or trying to downplay them by chalking it up to "bad grammar". For some reason it just doesn't make sense that someone with socialist ideals will inspire and unite the people of America. Maybe I'm wrong but it seems like he's more fraudulent than real and it speaks volumes when a person's own brother, among other family members, say that this so-called unifier refuses to continue family relations due to their difference in political beliefs.
Tim Walz will walk beside women and support women rather than standing on our necks telling us what chattel we are and where our place is. It's wonderful to have hope for a change rather than drudging through the elections.

Tim Walz is an incredible role model for young Americans that is sorely needed in these United States right now. He embodies how to be a man, not a bully. There are interviews with some of the now-grown men that he coached, not just to play football but to graduate from high school and go on to be upstanding men and fathers.
I read a recent article written by one of Walz's former students, who grew up to be a teacher himself. He talked about how Walz helped him and his fellow to expand their horizons outside the small town they grew up in. Another former student talked about how Walz was one of the first people he came out to as a gay teen, which then led to Walz helping his students starting an LBGTQ club for gay students at his school. That was pretty unheard of in the early '90s, too.
That's what great teachers do!

They've been chopping away at veterans benefits for as long as I've been alive(46 years).
IMHO, veterans services and benefits should be separated from the defense budget. They are two different things and folks like yourself deserve better.

I bet he is always PREPARED too (I always try to be, and also that other stuff, too, just leave out the "Reverant" for me). You know what I'm really prepared for? Kamala Harris. was so brilliant to choose Tim Walz. All the other contenders were very good and had their own qualities but Tim brought such joy and happiness. He is the Dad and Grandad everyone wishes they had. Smart, strong, tough but so much understanding of human nature.
Wallz is the perfect antidote for Vance. I’d like to add that President Biden did an exceptional job during his presidency. He simply had aged past the needs of the country. I’m grateful that he did what was right for all of us.

Like Cincinnatus and Washington before him, Biden performed the ultimate political act in a democracy by freely relinquishing power. It's a damned rare thing in history, and in many ways is the point of the whole thing. Any group can select a leader, but if the leader clings to power and is bound by no law, then it's just a mob. Or a cult, as in the obvious case.
The more I hear Walz speak, the more I like him. Kamala is doing a great job too. My career Navy late father had a lot of sayings. One was I trust him as far as I can throw the Missouri (a battle ship) fully loaded. That is how I feel about tRump and his cult!
Walz is the wholesome Dad we all need after a decade of trumps vileness. He's the salve on a burn, a dip in a cold pool after a sweltering hot day, a cleansing breath after being in a smoke filled room. He's the kind of "Dad" that will fiercely defend you, fix your lawn mower, and let you cry on his shoulder when you're hurting. He's the opposite of toxic masculinity. Wholesome masculinity is his energy and we are PRIMED for it after struggling through the toxic bog of the MAGA cult. The perfect compliment to VP Harris' smart, competent, I-got-your-back, strong woman vibes!! I haven't been this excited and hopeful since the Obama elections.

The best thing about this pairing is that both of them are "the candidate"... what I mean by that is the person Kamala picked is a person she's confident can step up on day 1 and that has OUR back too. That we love the vibe is very positive. Kamala's light shone on her own day 1 as candidate and her light is multiplied by the addition of a great VP candidate. Together their energy is bigger than the both of them and it was a brilliant choice and as someone said, together or separately they have the ability to "transmute' the low vibe energy and that's what's great - it's a positive contagion of joy!

This was very refreshing, jaunty, insightful, and candid. Hearing the feminine POV after so many male ones all along it feels like something novel we've never heard before [I am a male]. Thanks to both of you and Welcome to Erin! Two comments about Hillary Clinton: There were 2 moments during the famous debate that created conflicting in me. The first was when she called Donald "putin's puppet." I adored her for it. The other was when Menacing Donald stood behind her when she spoke. I was disappointed that she didn't stop talking, and say something to this effect: 'You! Get back to your podium! I'm not afraid of you, and you'd better remember it! I'll wait here [facing him] until to move back. GO!" [Roaring audience response]. In my mind, I can imagine that Donald's only response would have been to mutter or even say out loud "You B****!" [boos by the audience] ,and she would have won the day. Sadly she blew this chance, and doubts about her began. Incidentally, her attitude of entitlement was almost identical to the attitude taken by Senator Bob Dole [his withered hand]. No one should feel entitled! That's the GRAND thing about Kamala Harris: she does not display the slightest signs of being entitled. She's a true winner, Donald knows that, and he's going crazy because of that. Great segment.
