    Wow. Didn’t know you could do the blown petals on normal card stock 😳 thank you 😊

    • @kimberlydeenedesigns
      @kimberlydeenedesigns 2 года назад

      This cardstock is designed to take alcohol ink. It’s not as porous as typical cardstock.

    I love this video. Could you do this on canvas too?

    • @kimberlydeenedesigns
      @kimberlydeenedesigns 2 года назад

      Thank you! Yes, you can use alcohol ink on canvas but it works best if you prep the canvas with gesso or Kilz2.

    I have these alcohol inks and the tip is quite large. It's really hard to get just a small drop to come out. It drops a loage blob on the page. Is there some way to keep this from happening? Thanks

    • @ranger_ink
      @ranger_ink  Месяц назад

      Maybe you are squeezing the bottle too hard? Try just tipping the ink out without applying pressure to the bottle. Hope that helps.

    When I blow alcohol and ink I am not getting petal shape rather it spreads.How to get correct shape of a petal

    • @ranger_ink
      @ranger_ink  6 месяцев назад

      It takes some practice, but try using less ink and don't make it as fluid.
      Hope that helps.

    How do you get the rounder edges? Mine are all hacked as heck!

    • @ranger_ink
      @ranger_ink  6 месяцев назад

      It takes a little bit of practice, but as you use the air blower move the tool in a fluid, semi-circular fashion.
