Thanks for all your SR-16 vids, they are all very helpful. One thing I still can not figure out on my old SR-16..... Is there a way to loop a song??? Short user/preset patterns play on a continuous loop, do you know how I can loop a 32 bar song to play continuously? Thanks.
Thanks for your quick reply! However, I still can not get the 32 bars song to repeat using the fill function. I can add a fill but then the song just ends and does not loop back to the beginning. Not sure what else to try. Even the long SR-16 video manual does not seem to cover this.
Helpful video .. Can you explain how to enter a click track, say 8 beats, before the song drums start. Also, the fills seem very samey .. How do I vary the fills when recording a song this way ... Thanks.
In record setup you may adjust the click settings, and you have two variations of fills in each pattern, but if you use the machine for multitrack recording you can add variations by playing them live.

In song mode, use the fill botton for that.

No, is better if you use a standard looper, record the drums there and use as a looper
