even though it is a losing business undertaking, China still take over the port for the history and connection when there was no taker. It could be a dead port if China dont take over.
A loss making business? You must be kidding. Greece has the largest merchant fleet in the world. The port was just mismanaged as all government assets are. Thankfully the Chinese run it as it is supposed to be run!
