HP IDR LOG HOW TO: Collect all HP IDR logs and configurations at HP ImageDiags tool in CMD mode

HP ImageDiags is a tool designed to help HP Support diagnose customer problems more easily.
How to get hp IDR logs:
In the Data Replication Console, connect to the Server Manager Main server as the idradmin user.
Click Tools - Collect Diagnostic Data.
In the upper right corner, select the correct date/time range.
In the Configuration tab, select the configuration(s)
HP ImageDiags Tool 3.0 :
ftp.hp.com/pub/idr/ImageDiags...
Command :
ImageDiags noui yesagree

IDR log provides all information in the hp brand laptop, for example, OS version, Bios version, all driver information, etc etc.

@@ITTubebd I am having flickering issue in my laptop . hp collects idr and as a solution they replace the motherboard but problem still persists
