Hi! I saw your post on reddit and fell IN LOVE with these nails. I am looking to move into this style of nail art, but I was wondering if these are polishes or gel polishes or all builder gels. I am new to this stuff and I’d like to know what the type of stuff it is so that I am able to buy more. Thanks!
ahh thank you! ♥️ In this video I'm using gel polishes, some that are more sheer than others, along with a clear builder gel. (If you were to do this on your own nails, you'd need to do prep, a base coat and top it off with top coat as well.) I have a separate video on general gel essentials if you're looking to get into gel 😊
Disclaimer: I have not watched the video yet. I saw the thumbnail come up in my feed & immediately knew I needed to see more. However, now I can tell this is a gel-based project so, before I fall any further in love with this mani, can you tell me if there's any possible way to achieve this with regular polish?? It's positively gorgeous; you should absolutely be proud of this...just stunning!!
I personally haven't tried with regular polish , but I don't see why not! The only thing is you would need to work EXTREMELY fast otherwise regular polish will get tacky and make it difficult to blend.
These look stunning! I’m definitely going to try this! Do you find they get thick using this technique though? I’m worried I’ll over do it and have jellybean nails haha
Yes please do I'd love to see it! 😍 Gel has a bit of thickness unlike regular polish so it can't really be avoided but you need to be a taaad bit careful to not glob tons of polish on haha!
Usually a mixing gel is a more runny clear gel thats used to mix in glitters and powders. If you have any clear gel thats on the runnier side you can use that 🥰 Thanks for bringing this up! Sometimes I ramble in videos and realise I might not be explaining things clearly 😅
THESE ARE BEAUTIFUL oh my goodness
This is one of the best mail accounts on RUclips. I hope you blow up soon!!!
thank you 🥹🫶

These are the most gorgeous nails
I love it!!!
I think it would be cuter to add a logo on top of one of the nails, could be either over white or the coffee itself.
I’m obsessed!! You have a new subscriber :)
Thanks for subbing 🥰
Yeeeeees🎉🎉🎉

❤❤❤❤❤❤
I am attempting these on myself tonight! These are too cute not to try 🤎
im worried about how it'll get thick on the nail. how do you manage to make it thin on nails?
this look is def a bit thicker than usual but gel has a tendency to look thicker than regular polish - I suggest using jelly or less opaque shades!
When you say “mixing gel,” do you mean a blooming gel or what? I know you use builder gel in the video, but what is a mixing gel?

Wish it was clear to read what they are cuz it's so blurry
