Thanks for this video, it doesn't do it justice as the actual house style looks so much better in person. I wasn't too sure about the internal doors at first but they look much nicer in person. We are now in the process of buying the same style but the opposite way so it's flipped and so far so good, very excited and pleased for what we have been able to get with countryside 😊
Nice well balance design 3 bedroom house. Surprised to see good amount of cabinets in the kitchen and also the pull out pantry.
The lighting shelf in the main bathroom does make it useful focal point.
The set of velux windows in lounge and Master bedroom allow make the most of the natural light. Details like that makes a developer set apart from the rest.

For a small house it is well laid out. All rooms are an acceptable size. I'd say the Kitchen area may be a bit awkward as it doubles as a corridor. Probably be shuffling past each other between the kitchen worktop into and out of the Lounge. I would not need all the cupboard space around the Oven and Fridge, IMO would have been better off with less of the cupboards and more floor space. Also might get the kitchen door smashed into your behind when putting the washing in the machine. But at the end of the day - smaller means cheaper, and housing is expensive, so we need smaller houses so we can even afford to buy anywhere.

Five burners on the cooker but the kitchen faucet is far too short to wash a large pot?
Hi guys! Out of this and the Taylor whimpey Alton g, which would you say is bigger?! I’m torn between the two :(
I really hope you went with the New Stamford. We were torn between both too but the skylights- the amount of light they bring in, overall bigger rooms and storage compared to Alton G were all a win
Like there is pantry.
I just don't like the brown doors . They just look tacky.
