I love your videos, Vincent. I read Tarot since 1972. I didn't start doing it professionally until about 10 years ago. I started doing charity events and that eventually led to bigger things such as festivals, parties, and faires. It can be a lot of work, but I enjoy it and you sure meet a lot of people and have many experiences. I have several of your books and your Tarot Deck as well. Thanks again!

Such great advice. It took me about a year when I started to finally see I could read any tarot deck on this earth and it mattered not which one it was and they all read the same to me and it was my system that I was using. I suddenly realized it didn't matter what anyone else said the cards mean and I just winged it and went with what makes the most sense to me. Every since then I've had no problems reading the cards. And as you said, you do get discouraged in the beginning, and can start asking questions wondering if you're doing it right. But once it clicks, it clicks, and there ain't no going back. Because then you suddenly have the confidence in yourself that you need and that's what matters the most because if you have confidence in yourself that's when you're going to have the most fun and you're also going to want to do it more and more. And I totally agree about going to fairs and festivals. Do readings for free and leave out either a tip or donation jar so people can either tip or donate to you. And people will do that more than one would expect just simply for your efforts in what you're trying to do. Give them your number because people will remember you and the phone will begin to ring slowly but surely.

I so agree with the point you made on how you expand your vocabulary about the cards as the time go by! When I started reading Tarot cards (a very long time ago now) I got a notebook which I set up double page per card for the whole deck where I recorded key words/meanings. To this day, I still add key words every time a new meaning comes up during a reading 😊 I love seeing how the meanings for each card have evolved over time for me. Thank u for this informative video. I love and appreciate it! My concern with reading tarot is....I'm reading it the way I think. I am a very positive person and find it difficult to see the negative in almost anything or anyone. With that said, I notice my reading end up being guidance in a positive light. I see all the good and want to point it out....however, other readers see the issue and I don't. Upside down cards are not negative to me but more of a delay or that work is needed to bring that card to light because it is still in the shadows (subconscious).
Please advise.🙏

Excellent info as usual Vincent. I love your approach to the cards, it makes perfect sense to use a method that sparks creative thinking as opposed to just memorising the meanings that someone else has attached to the images. I look at your Tarot approach as similar to a Jazz improvisation where you let the flow of the music dictate the next move, but you have to know your instrument first. Cheers.
