hiya thanks for playing! my xword design sucks, so i hide it by making the grids extremely gimmicky. also y'all are waaaay better at solving these than me #2 1 across: "me" is the minor third in solfege (do re mi fa sol la ti yea that thing) #9 1 down: when i computer generated this crossword, this was the most technical term in the set. i remember taking a look at it and being like "ya looks like a spoon" but looking again i suppose it looks more like a trowel
heyo! thanks for watching! just wanna say again that we really loved this, it was a fun challenge and a great entertainment for us. the video is obviously heavily spliced for pacing but we took way longer to solve most of the crosswords, especially #5 and #9. i supposed it helped that we played as a group because we each kind of picked out on the different quirks for the different crosswords, which made it much smoother overall. the satisfaction in getting those quirks is incredible lol. about #2 1 across: lol none of us picked up on that lol, i vaguely remember being taught that the lowered 3rd in solfege was "ma" instead but i just found out that it could also be "me" about #9 1 down: yeah i suggested "spatula" because it was the only word i could think of that linked to "spoon", i think the confusing bit about the clue is the "of a leaf" bit because it got us thinking about parts of a leaf, we couldn't see how the solution was related to leaves.

One of the most underrated videos on youtube. can’t wait for the 10 somewhat more serious crosswords!
