Yes. I know Genshin, Honkai Impact 3rd, and Honkai: Star Rail have completely different dev teams even if they're under the same company. Even so, they should be taking examples from other products WITHIN THEIR SAME COMPANY. Like is it that hard to copy Hi3rd's anniversary? in 2024? Like come on, dude. And Hi3rd's 1st anni wasn't even that bad if I recall correctly. They could at LEAST take notes from that. And that was on October 7th, 2017!!
