Thank you Allan. I very much appreciate your comment. The car is actually undergoing some big improvements now, but that big block will still be there. Some time around May, all work should be complete. I'll put up another video then!
Now this is a muscle car video. This is perfection. Wonderful, incredible and outstanding. Thank you for sharing this with us. Beautiful and beast. I love everything about it.
Wide Awake: Thanks so much for your comment. I really appreciate it! I really have to film more of the car, but it's been tucked away in the MMC car gallery and hasn't seen the track much except for an occasional car show parade lap. The car is too nice to beat up on a track.. Thank you again for stopping by!
Mr. Brent, when I look at this car I think of how when God rested on the last day of creation, this had to be the same sentiment you had after its completion! Mr Mike would truly blessed! It's awesome to see your son shining up the chrome...
Mr. Chandler: comments like this make it all worthwhile. I truly thank you for your kind and thoughtful words. When the car was completed and my sons and I got to prepare this car for its first show (what you see in the video), it was truly a moving experience. Several years have passed since that day and they're a bit older, but the memory of them at that age and the excitement we all felt is forever captured in this video. Thank you again Mr. Chandler.
Thank you Doug! In a couple of months, a "version 2" of this car will be ready. It's gone through a handful of cosmetic changes and even more mechanical changes. I'm really looking forward to filming it and sharing it with the community.
More than 20 years after introduction of the LS, I hardly see it as a trend anymore lol No more than putting an SBC or even BBC into a car that didn't come that way. It's just an "option". It's ok to want old school power just the same as LS or Coyote, etc. Regardless, it's a BEAUTIFUL 1st gen Camaro and I sure bet the owner has a smile every time he jumps in it. Great job
Wasn't that Piranha Camaro a beauty? That car is what inspired me to hire Brent to build ours. Brent is a great guy, and has a really amazing car collection of his own. His two Corvettes are particularly awesome!
Ready Motorsports Corporation Yeah it was, it's made me want a 69 Camaro more than ever. Your Camaro is really nice too, I really like it and think you should do more videos on it. Brent is truley a master at his craft. 😊
Thank you. We'll definitely do some more video of the Camaro soon. We're a bit overdue. It's currently on display at the Collector Car Gallery at Monticello and so hasn't been getting a lot of track time. We'll be filming the ZR1 this coming weekend so definitely keep an eye out for the finished video some time over the next couple of weeks.
I have two Pontiac 1st Gen Firebird cars , 68 & 69. Both HO and very Rare optioned. The 69 is a 49K SURVIVOR, Goldenrod./black 4sp. The 68 is a Convrtable, w 30 options . (Not fun to work on with all the stuff in the way). 67-69 or NOTHING!!! Wouldn't mind doing a Resto-mod on a Bird that needs things and punching it out... This example is inspiring to want to do that.
@Ash qelon: For sure, those F-bodies are the best! There's no beating their character and muscle. I looked at your channel and saw your two Firebirds. Congratulations, they're both beautiful. And who knows, maybe the 68 is in fact linked to Nancy Sinatra!
Brent what kind of rear end did you put under this car and the piranah? Is it stock length rear axle housing or did you guys shorten it and if so how much?
@ Hi Julius, sure, here are the details: Front -Wheels: 18x9.5 Asanti Forged wheels style AF146, bolt 5x4.75, backspace 5.375 -Tires: 275-35-18 BF Goodrich G-force Rivals Rear -Wheels: 18x12 Asanti Forged wheels style AF146, bolt 5x4.75, backspace 6.375 -Tires: 335-30-18 BF Goodrich G-force Rivals The car is very modified all around, and there are likely other things contributing to the car's stance. For example, the frame and suspension are also aftermarket.
Yes, we know that car very well. It was one of the reasons that we picked Brent to also do our car. Brent did the piranha Camaro 2+ years before he did ours and it inspired some of the decisions we made. It's a very sweet ride!
I hear ya. The video producer picked the song because it's on an album called Luminous, which is what we named the car. The car is nearing the end of a new cycle of upgrades, and we'll make sure the next video on it is more fitting for a muscle car. We're waiting on a new custom wire harness and then should be able to get the car off to tune and paint. Thanks for visiting and stay tuned..
One beautiful Camaro, I like that is got a BB under the hood rather than an LS. This build is a credit to you👍
Thank you Allan. I very much appreciate your comment.

Sweet, I’ll look forward to it, keep safe.
One of the nicest '69 Camaro's in the world.. Congratulations.
classic kool: thank you! I really appreciate it; thank you.
Along with Brent's 'Piranah': ruclips.net/video/B9rZq3xSEPo/видео.html
Ready Motorsports Corporation can you tell me about the gauges? Brand?
Not one of the nicest. Definitely THE nicest on the planet.👍

Awesome 1 off build. That custom front bumper looks great!
Thanks Danny!

Very well build car. Love the BB
Nice ride
In many words put in to one. You are “BLESSED”.
very beautiful it is🕊🙏🏼👍
Thank you, sir. I appreciate your kind words, and I agree with you.
Beautifully done , great motor for power , well done and great review
This thing is so dope.

Flash Gordon has a 69 Camaro? Beautiful car.
Well done 👏 👏 👏💯

10/10 j'aime beaucoup ce model
Hmmm, where are the reverse lights?
I’ll take it!
It looks sexy and fast.
That's awsome, I seen the red Camaro he built on Scottiedtv.

I love camero most most beutifull car 🚗👍👍
What color is this?
And nice video!!

Nice
Next time skip the music! All I wanted to here was the car! P.S. Good call on not painting the bumpers.👍
Brent what kind of rear end did you put under this car and the piranah? Is it stock length rear axle housing or did you guys shorten it and if so how much?
@ubekewl454 vernon: Brent likely isn't monitoring the video. I can't speak for the Piranah but this car has a Ford 9” rear with a 3.70:1 gear ratio.

at 5:17 Siri on my phone starts always
Looks like a tall deck big block like a 632. usually you can't fit a brake booster.
A: It's a Dart Aluminum 572 block.
Look up "Piranha" Camaro on the tube.... a build he did before he retired
Yes, we know that car very well. It was one of the reasons that we picked Brent to also do our car. Brent did the piranha Camaro 2+ years before he did ours and it inspired some of the decisions we made. It's a very sweet ride!
Hearing the motor run would have been nice, the boy band music really wasn't necessary.
I hear ya. The video producer picked the song because it's on an album called Luminous, which is what we named the car. Another great car by Brent. I like this car but I like the Pirahna he built much more.
Great street cat,she is bountiful, just like....
Brent is a bad man. I remember that 69 camaro that he built called the Piranha. This car is nice but the Piranha was nicer.
Car is super outdated now lol
