But quickest/fastest car in the whole game was the Venom GT by far. Super super broken car but I was cool with it cuz the Venom GT is my all time favorite car

When you mean the Porsche 918 Spyder Concept, you must reach a certain speed level. For the Porsche 918 Spyder you gotta play 24 events in Every Day Cars (be sure you bought the Terminal Velocity DLC)
You gotta play 24 events in Every Day Cars altogether, you can see your progress in the driver details in the menu. Just press "ESC" to enter the menu, then go to "Driver Details", then click on the "Multiplayer Milestones" button, then go to "Terminal Velocity", then look for the "We have liftoff" milestone. There you can see your progress
