Well, i think Aman handing over Anjali in KKHH is totally justifiable because he understood that Anjali was still in love with Rahul and is dicey about their marriage till the wedding day. Anjali being in that situation would not be a perfect pertner to start a life with because she still has feelings for her former love. We all know AMAN deserved better and so does he. So him handing over Anjali to Rahul is the best decision he could've taken for his own life and betterment.

We do realize but how many of us really choose people who love us than the ones who we love. Its always the latter. All of us become logical when we see something like this on screen, but if you are old enough you must've already seen what happens in real life. Its exactly what happened to Aman. Yes its unfair but it is what it is. Coming to Rahul, I don't think he realized his love for Anjali just because she became prettier. Right before the summer camp scene, Rahul fondly remembers her and infact appreciated her for not being like every other girl in the college and that's why he liked her. And for him falling for Tina over Anjali, they were in college back then, maybe just a bunch of 20 year olds, eventhough they didn't look like it. Expecting a 20 something guy to be this logical and not be too focused on how a girl should look, is the most illogical thing ever. Besides, Tina turned out to be a great girl herself. With time all of them matured. Yes, it was selfish of Rahul to confess his love right before Anjali's wedding and for Anjali to even consider being with Rahul at that point, but again, that is reality too. The only melodramatic part was Aman handing over Anjali to Rahul on his wedding day. That is not reality. In real life, the families would have created a huge scene....lol

Honestly I have a different interpretation of Bob Biswas' ending. Note that the picture Bob got in Kahaani was Vidya's wedding picture and this picture is different. It could have been that after Vidya went into hiding after killing Milan and exposing the culprits, the people behind the terrorists may have been looking for her and contacted Bob again when she resurfaced (hiding when Bob was dormant) . Hence he got a different (maybe recent) picture again, and the scene was to foresee a possible sequel where Vidya and Bob meet again.

I love Bob Biswas all the way until the last 10-20 minutes. It shouldn’t have been a prequel to Kahaani instead it should’ve been a sequel taking place years after Kahaani because Biswas had actually survived his accident in Kahaani but ended up in a long coma. It would’ve had potential for sequels and franchising through different intriguing characters.

However, Rahul at that age was more superficial and didn't realize his love, whereas Anjali did. Over the years, she remained in his subconscious mind, because when his daughter wants to play that game, he still says Anjali's last name, rather than his own.
As for Anjali's clothes, it was just a way of showing time and a person evolving. Rahul would have still realized his love for her considering how much he had missed her. But being 90s, they made the whole saree thing. I see the movie having the same story minus the clothes change in today's times.

If they would have shown the ragging scenes first, we would have hated them from the beginning. Though I personally think that Akram's character could have given more screen time (Specially the bond with his father, which made him design the game)

I some how feel we misunderstood kuch kuch hota Hai.. yeah 6 year old reading the story was little too much.. but two things
    1. Rani already knew she would be dying during the pregnancy and she makes sure to tell that she stood in between both of Rahul and Anjali, as she realized during the railway station that actually Anjali loved Rahul and she could also see Rahul had more feelings towards Anjali rather than a friend..
    2. By naming the baby girl Anjali, she wanted him to recall Anjali and she believed that one day in the loneliness after Tina passes away, he will one day think of Anjali..
Rahul was fair enough that he never recalled Anjali all those years and he was still committed to Tina, but only then when he again sees Anjali, he realizes he loves her but he didn't fall for her because of her sarees... may be there if she was wearing some thing or nothing didn't matter, because after meeting her again as a matured man, he realized that she was not just his friend but she was actually his love.. and Tina conveyed the same to the kid as Tina was aware that Rahul actually loved Anjali those days but he was unaware of it..
The biggest miss was the child's age, to read and to understand those letters..she was too young, but if they waited for the girl to grow up, Rahul and Anjali would have become Veer aur Zaara(age wise)..

i am just tired of people shitting on Rahul from Kuch kuch hota hai. What is wrong with his character? He never knew that Anjali was in love with him. He fell in love with Tina and was loyal to her. As far as ridiculing Anjali for her clothes, why do we pretend like friends don't do that irl? She is his best friend in the whole world. He apologizes, but oh cancel culture. He doesn't fall head over heels because of Anjali's saree. He is just happy to see her after so long. He sees his best friend after years, after losing his wife! The love you want at 20 is different from the love you want at 30 or 35 or 40. He found peace, comfort, solace and companionship in her, just like he did in his friend in college. He was a loyal husband, an amazing father and an amazing son! He was also an amazing friend to Anjali. Infact, he goes to his best friend first to let her know he is in love. Anjali on the other hand leaves him because he didn't love her back. HE DIDN'T EVEN KNOW! Anjali changes her number and never contacts him. He didn't have his friend when he lost his wife. And Rahul did try to stop her when she was leaving. Let's just ignore that? It's not like Rahul leads Anjali on to believe that he loves he and ditches her. Plus, Tina's character is not a bitch or anything. She is a nice person too. if "nice" is the criteria here.
Just because you are best friends with someone it doesn't give you dibs on being their partner. When Rahul gives her that dialogue about pyaar ek baar hi hota hai, he is still thinking of his wife. He realises his feelings for her much later when he sees that he feels whole again! When he falls for Anjali, he didn't know she is engaged. He confesses his love because he just had to take his chance! He didn't ask her to break her marriage. Waise we hail ki pyaar ke liye sab karo and when Rahul does it's stupid? And Anjali's decision was right otherwise Aman would've been stuck in a half-hearted marriage. And yes Aman deserved better. But just because he is a nice guy Anjali is not obligated to love him and she genuinely loves him as a friend. Why is friendship so underrated? Does every nice person end up with their desired partner? For me Aman is overbearing and irritating, but that's my choice. He clearly sees that this girl doesn't love him but he chooses to stay and keeps asking her to marry her! Yes she never says no but not saying no doesn't mean yes! Aman may be the best character but that doesn't make Rahul wrong. He is attracted to Tina for her looks yes (HE IS A COLLEGE STUDENT FOR HEAVEN'S SAKE) but he doesn't love her for her mini skirts! And everyone has a type! That is completely ok! Why don't we talk about how Anjali just decides to break her friendship with Rahul and that she was a shitty friend to him! She never even showed interest in Rahul. Remember when she says "tujhse shaadi YUCK". Rahul was already attracted to Tina before she suddenly realises ki oh pyaar dosti hai toh mai hi hongi! Just because a girl is sad and there is another "nice" guy in the movie, stop shitting on flawed characters when they are not bad people! Rahul was a flirt in college so? Do we know Aman was not? We don't know anything about Aman before he met Anjali! Anjali's friendship meant the world to Rahul. That's why despite his daughter's name being Anjali ... he says ANJALI SHARMA not KHANNA. And the time that she spent with Rahul at the camp fortified her feelings for him not just history!
Oh lastly, Anjali's clothing. PEOPLE CHANGE WITH TIME. i don't dress like i used to in college. Stop seeing things on such a surface level. Some actor made a comment on Rahul falling for Anjali's saree bas everyone changed their opinion.
There is nothing wrong with Rahul or Anjali choosing Rahul over Aman.

Regarding KKHH, I'll like to say few things...we don't always fall in love with the idealistic person, Anjali falling for Rahul and not for Aman is so natural. I mean this happens in real life too. I agree that Aman deserved more but that's how life is, it's not necessary that the person whom we love will also love us back. Maybe if it was a real story, Aman would have gotten far better girl than Anjali, who loved her with all her heart. Also, with Rahul, I agree that there were a lot of problems with his character, but still, loving Tina was his choice and tina was definitely someone, anyone could fall far. He always looked Anjali as his best friend, so he never thought about anything else than that. Making fun of her, he didn't realise that he was doing so because he never had to, but as soon as he realised, he went and apologised to her. This shows he actually cared for her, also when she was leaving him. When he next saw Anjali, it was 8 years later, his wife was dead, he had a daughter and and he was lonely in life. He already had a special bond with Anjali, so its absolutely normal that one can fall in love with the person after finding them after these many years.

I think, Kuchh Tohh Hai was a path breaking romantic thriller from the early 2000- rather something we were not used to in the period.
And I also remember that the final revelation left me so shocked and rather disturbed as I child.

Another point that I wanted to add here, I have recently seen a lot of hatred for Rahul from KKHH in the past few days.
No doubt, Aman was a good and funny and sensitive, but by that logic most of the world Romcoms would have never worked out in the first place.
I am just getting this feeling, that haven’t we all rooted for on screen toxic romantic relationships all our lives just with the logic that “these two are meant be”..
Ross and Rachel were wrong for each other through out their lives, inspite of that always remained that one popular pair who everyone wanted to get back.. no one ever asked for a Joey and Rachel even though they were much sensitive and compatible together.

Yes, as a guy, Aman was hands down GREAT. However, "being great" and "being great for you" are different. You can be a really good person and still end up being the "wrong" one for someone (while the "right" one for someone else!) Aman sure loved Anjali a lot but Anjali didn't feel the same. Period. They would not have been happy together. Had Aman _really_ been right for Anjali, she would have fallen in love with him in all that time they were together. But she didn't. Why? Because just because he's a good guy, doesn't mean we _must_ fall in love with them and be happy with them. That's not how humans work.
Now, I understand why people might find Rahul unlikeable. But we shouldn't forget we're talking about immature _college kids_ who grew up to be more sensible and warm. Anjali was donning her "not like other girls" phase while Rahul was neck deep in his "all girls are crazy about me" phase. They both grew _out_ of it as all sensible adults should. And I believe that was what the movie was trying to show. That _all_ women are beautiful and precious and no matter how we look or dress ourselves, our heart remains the same.
And Rahul fell in love with that _heart_ . Remember how Tina was like "I came between them... I interrupted this friendship which could have turned into love one day..."? That's because she had realized that Rahul, somewhere in his heart, really loved Anjali in a different way which he had just not picked up on (because he was an immature and annoying young adult). But he really missed her and kept playing basketball in her memory for 8 years!
Sooooo, to conclude, I think when Rahul saw Anjali after all that time, he saw _Anjali_ , not her clothes. Not her make up, not her gait. He saw his old friend who he had missed all these years. They both were in tears when they saw each other, you can't tell me that wasn't love!
Also, Rahul's mature self wasn't problematic, as far as I remember. But we keep comparing Aman's mature self with Rahul's _college_ self. Who knows, maybe even Aman was a douchbag in college! We'll never know 😂

Just to make it unbelievable, they actually made it too lame, disconnected with the story!
Also, Salman's cameo in KKHH has to be one of the best! I guess 90% people believe that Aman was the best character of the movie and deserved better!

I don't know but why when anmol has to criticize something by default he chooses thumbnail which has Ajay Devgn but again when if he has to praise something then by default the thumbnail has khans and Kapoor's. I know Ajay has been associated with some of the dulls but again srk,Amir and Salman has their amount of dulls but again Ajay has been always underappreciated for his craft maybe he doesn't have a great public relation firm

Tbh I don't even look at thumbnails when it comes to this channel because it is always refreshing watching Jammy's videos for 10 minutes in a day. But if what you say truly is the case then it's wrong because Ajay Devgn is a gem of an actor and I find him better than any of the Khans and the Kapoors. He has an understated approach somewhat like Pankaj Tripathi. If you can connect with that then he's great otherwise it seems lazy, but he has never disappointed me except for the commercial films with directors like Rohit Shetty.

@@shivanshjha8364 @Shivansh Jha do you think Ajay Devgn the actor falls in the category of Akshay kumar style of acting ? 90 out of 100 cinemagoers or keen moviewatchers will differ from this fact that Ajay does Akshay but anmol thinks Ajay do the akshay(which is completely fyn,one can have his/her free opinion but a presenter should not let his opinion affect his/her work). Ajay Devgn was in the league of actors who tried to change their image. When the same action star tag was giving him good result,he tried to break that action hero tag by doing mainstream cinemas like, Bhatt's zakhm, govind nihalani's Takshak,Bhansali's HDDCS, Maniratnam's Yuva, Ghosh's Raincoat,Prakash Jha's rajneeti, gangajaal, apaharan plus who can forget the legend of baghat Singh, and list can go on, again he changed his track from action to comedy by choosing Golmal franchise, and for all that he demands respect but what went wrong with Ajay Devgn is not having a good pr firm who can create that image where people are brought to praise. Somewhere I feel that Ajay Devgn is the Rahul Dravid of bollywood, who has given many things to team India but people remember only Sachin Tendulkar's heroics.Which is the sad part of our way of seeing things and again by saying this iam nowhere putting a finger on jammy's viewpoint but a reviewer should not behave like a baised one. Btw thanku for reading this... Cheers
