This is my first time ever hearing about Kinder eggs, so why is it that they're banned? Nothing on the surface about them seems bad.

I live in Ohio so kinder eggs are illegal but there's this British guy who owns a tiny shop and he illegally sells kinder eggs sometimes but he usually can't because they are hard to sneak in and expensive as balls
