GOs is group order, its like you paid for albums and the GOM (group order manager) will buy it in bulk and distributes the albums to the ones who bought it, you can easily find GOs on twitter but be careful of scammers! as for shopee, i usually bought my albums from fatirkshop and sixtrade ^__^
