That way you can enjoy the cheese without being overwhelmed, since the carbs will cut the intensity. And they can be *incredible* mixed into a pasta dish or sauce! Plus, using less cheese per bite makes the purchase last longer lmao.

I think it's because it's the summer of try - and Eat the Menu and DIY were stuff that they could sorta stockpile, and now they've been publishing it while they're super busy touring and whatnot. And I think Eugene is not in any of the stockpiled stuff because he made that huge coming out video, and I think maybe Zach had been off camera a bit while he's been waiting for his hair to grow out? I'm guessing they'll all be back full on in a month or two, when they've had time to breathe and shoot some new stuff :)

I got to work along side cheese mongers for a few months and have thrown together a few cheeseboards. The marinated goat cheese ain't no joke, it is PHENOMENAL, and is a real show stopper on warm focaccia. There's also a goat cheese called Drunken Goat that is a goat cheese aged in wine. Mild in flavor, quite tasty and an all time favorite.
OMG yaas There's a downside to that tho: if they try to cook the dishes themselves, and not with somebody from that specific country, AND with ingredients from that country, it won't taste the same as the original.
I love how sweet the cheesemonger is and how he defends all the cheeses they don't like. You can tell he's passionate.

I just found Meredith’s Dairy Marinated Cheese at my local grocery store and had to purchase immediately knowing how much Keith and Kelsey enjoyed it in this video.

I love Keith eating is my favorite, but where are the other try guys? I feel lately this channel has become only Ned and Keith.
I think it's because it's the summer of try - and Eat the Menu and DIY were stuff that they could sorta stockpile, and now they've been publishing it while they're super busy touring and whatnot. And I think Eugene is not in any of the stockpiled stuff because he made that huge coming out video, and I think maybe Zach had been off camera a bit while he's been waiting for his hair to grow out? I'm guessing they'll all be back full on in a month or two, when they've had time to breathe and shoot some new stuff :)

I got to work along side cheese mongers for a few months and have thrown together a few cheeseboards. The marinated goat cheese ain't no joke, it is PHENOMENAL, and is a real show stopper on warm focaccia. There's also a goat cheese called Drunken Goat that is a goat cheese aged in wine. Mild in flavor, quite tasty and an all time favorite.
I'd love it if you did this with traditional/typical dishes from certain countries. Where every country gets an episode
